Vantage Rise is an active new construction community on the west side of Airdrie, off Yankee Valley Boulevard. Phase 1 has been open for several months and building has begun — but there are still plenty of lots available, including walkout basement homes backing onto a pond. With the market moving slower than in past years, buyers have more time to compare builders and find the right fit.
Where Is Vantage Rise?
Vantage Rise is located on the far west side of Yankee Valley Boulevard in Airdrie. It's one of the newer communities in the city, and with Phase 1 now selling and building, it's starting to take shape.
What's Happening in Phase 1?
Most of the homes currently going up in Vantage Rise Phase 1 are show homes for the builders in the area. These give buyers a chance to walk through and see what each builder has to offer before committing to a lot and floor plan.
Looking at the lot map, the red lots are sold and construction is underway or planned. The green lots — still the majority of Phase 1 — are available. That includes a good selection of walkout basement lots backing onto the pond, which tend to be highly sought after.

Things aren't moving as fast as they were a couple of years ago, and for buyers, that's actually a good thing. You have more time to visit multiple builders, ask the right questions, compare what's included in the base price versus upgrades, and make a more informed decision. The urgency that forced buyers to rush in 2022–2023 just isn't there right now.
