South Point Village Airdrie Expansion: What's Coming in 2026 (AI Overview)
South Point Village in Airdrie is getting a major expansion. Construction has started on a new retail phase located to the east of Main Street, between Main Street and the highway. The site plan has been released and the area is expected to be ready by summer or fall 2026. Here's a breakdown of what’s planned.

Note: the site plan shows intended uses, but not all spaces are confirmed as leased yet. Which tenants end up in each unit will become clearer as construction progresses.
