Minto Communities just launched a brand new phase of lots in the community — and this release includes some of the best positions available in Wildflower so far.
What’s New in This Phase
The latest release includes two types of lots that stand out from what’s been available before:
Ridge lots — positioned at one of the highest elevations in Airdrie, with views over the city
Green space backing lots — homes that back onto natural green areas within the community

The Current Incentive — and Why It Matters
Right now, Minto is offering buyers their choice of one of two incentives:
Free basement development
$45,000 design center credit
