Bayview Airdrie Update: New Construction Availability, Phase 3 Release & Bayside Road Project

If you’re tracking new construction homes in Airdrie, this is a current update on what’s happening in the Bayview neighbourhood, including builder availability, pricing ranges, quick possession homes, and a road project connecting Bayview and Bayside.

This post is intended as an information update for anyone following Airdrie neighbourhood development, whether you’re actively buying, planning for the future, or simply staying informed about what’s happening in the city.


Bayview Airdrie: Phase 3 Now Open

Bayview has recently opened Phase 3, which increases the overall number of available lots in the community. Builders still have homes and lots available in Phase 6, but the addition of Phase 3 provides more choice in terms of lot types, home styles, and timelines.

Bayview is a canal-based neighbourhood located in southwest Airdrie, near Bayside, with access to 24th Street and future commercial development planned within the area.



Calbridge Homes in Bayview

Calbridge Homes is offering front-attached garage homes in the newly released Phase 3.

Lot Availability

  • 18 lots currently available in Phase 3

  • Most lots back onto rear neighbours

  • A small number of pie lots

  • Some lots without rear neighbours, backing onto 24th Street

Pricing Overview

  • Build-from-scratch homes generally start in the $700,000s

  • Final pricing varies depending on lot selection and upgrades

Quick Possession Homes

  • Several quick possessions currently available

  • Prices range from just under $700,000 to approximately $900,000

Current Incentives

  • $30,000 incentive on select quick possession homes

  • Presale option to upgrade to Calbridge’s Collective Specification at the price of their standard specification (approximately $45,000 in upgrades)

Genesis Builders is building both front-drive homes and townhomes in Bayview and currently has a significant amount of availability following the Phase 3 release.

Quick Possession Timeline

  • 5 townhomes available for immediate possession

  • 3 front-drive homes expected to be available within 30 to 90 days


McKee Homes in Bayview

McKee Homes also has both front-drive homes and townhomes available across multiple phases in Bayview.

Lot Availability

  • 5 front-drive lots remaining in Phase 6

  • 17 front-drive lots available in Phase 3

  • Limited townhome lots still available

Quick Possession Homes

  • 3 townhomes available for immediate possession

    • Two priced at $479,000

    • One priced at $489,000

Additional quick possession homes are planned but are further out on the construction timeline.


Bayview & Bayside Road Construction Update

There is also an infrastructure project currently underway that impacts both Bayview and Bayside.

Bridge Connection Project

  • A new bridge is being built connecting Phase 5 in Bayview with Phase 16 in Bayside

  • This connection will:

    • Improve access in and out of both communities

    • Provide north Bayside residents easier access to 24th Street

    • Connect more directly to the future commercial area planned in Bayview

This project is part of the broader long-term transportation planning in southwest Airdrie.
